We want you to love your Squishmallows™ X Pierced Co. jewelry, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy for most unworn items. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings and body jewelry must remain in their original heat-sealed packaging to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original Squishmallows™ branded packaging, ensuring all tags and hygiene seals are intact.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
